Invite Students to Work Together and Collaborate
Placing furniture in a common area doesn’t necessarily mean students will use it. It’s not uncommon to see groups of students sitting against walls while empty tables and chairs go unused. Furniture on college and university campuses should to be inviting, comfortable and conducive to collaboration. We design collections that encourage group productivity. High backs and privacy screens create semi-private areas where they can work together as a group on a collective task or project.
